The charm of the drawing produced by the automaton is less due to its technical or artistic merits, than to how it's link made; as Samuel Johnson said in another link (unfortunate) context, "It is not done link well, but you are surprised to see it done at all."
To many, the IWC Pilot's Chronograph was that watch that built the strong reputation IWC enjoys today. An early version of the Pilot's Chronograph, the 3705 link Fliegerchronograph, put IWC on the map in the link '90s, and link it's been a fan favorite since. But there's always been one caveat. It started at 39mm, but subsequent versions of the watch have grown larger.
