This weekend is one of those opportunities! I am thrilled to share the cover reveal to my next book, IN THIS CLASSROOM, with illustrations from Arthur Lin and publishing with Red Comet Press on 6/9/26.

I love all of my books, but this one hits different for me as it is the first book I have written that blends my almost 20 years of teaching experience with my love of writing.

I absolutely LOVE the way Arthur imagined this story and his playful character design. I think they are the perfect for the lower elementary classroom and that kids are going to adore them. I know I do. And unexpected bonus: I think I am now a character in a story.

June is a long way away, but if you have the ability to I'd love if you could do a couple of simple things to help this book be successful.

1. Share with ALL of the teachers you know

   Tell them about it, share this post with them, tag them in the comments of one of my social media posts about it - whatever works for you - The more teachers who get this book, the more kids who will benefit from the messages within it, and THAT is what I am really, really hoping for.
